Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order of NFC cards, printed designs, review links, digital business cards, emergency info pages, menus and websites from RushAA, and to every page we host. By sending an order, approving a proof or using a page we host, you agree to them.

  1. Who we are

RushAA ("we", "us") makes NFC cards and the pages they open, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. If you order for a business or for another person, you confirm you can accept these terms for them.

  2. Made to order

Every NFC card, printed design and web page we make is custom, made for you from the details, files and choices you send us.

  3. Prices and RushAA Plus

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the US. Florida sales tax is added where required. Work beyond our standard designs, like extra design changes, is quoted before we start. RushAA Plus is an optional subscription for Premium designs and extra features. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; it stops at the end of the period you paid for, and the current period isn't refunded. If Plus ends, your page switches to a Basic design and keeps working.

  4. Proofs and approval

Before we print, we send a digital proof of your card and, if included, your page. Please check names, numbers, links and spelling carefully. Once you approve the proof, we produce your order as shown. Changes after approval may cost extra. If we help write or edit text for your card or page, check it and approve it; once you approve it, it's your content.

  5. Your design manager and your feedback

When you send an order, give us a phone number or email we can reach. Your design manager contacts you there to go over the details: what you want and how you want it. Before we ship, they prepare the design you chose and send it to you for feedback and approval. Please reply as soon as you can.

  6. If we can't reach you

If we need your feedback or approval and can't reach you, we try at least twice, by phone or email. If we still haven't heard back 14 days after our first try, we may finish your order with the latest proof and the details you sent, or keep it on hold until you reply. Either way, your payment isn't refunded, in full or in part. All sales are final.

  7. Previews are approximate

The card editor, examples and demo pages show what your order can look like. They are not an exact match. Printed colors, card material, finish, cutting and alignment can differ slightly from what you see on a screen, and your final page is built from your own details.

  8. Phones and NFC

NFC works on most recent iPhone and Android phones, but how a tap behaves depends on the phone model, its settings and its case. The QR code on the back is there for phones that can't read NFC.

  9. No guaranteed results

Our cards, review links and pages make it easier for customers to reach you. We don't guarantee any specific result, such as a number of reviews, ratings, sales, leads or search rankings. Google and other platforms set their own rules, and we follow them.

  10. All sales are final

Because everything is made to order, all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges and we don't give full or partial refunds, including when an order is waiting for your feedback on the design, except where the law requires it.

  11. Limited warranty: damaged or defective cards

If your cards arrive damaged, or don't match the proof you approved because of our mistake, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send photos. We'll reprint the affected cards at no cost. Mistakes in a proof you approved, like a misspelled name or a wrong number, aren't production errors.

  12. Support

If a card or page isn't working as it should, contact us. Our support team will help troubleshoot and fix programming and link problems. Because your card opens a link we host, we can usually fix things without reprinting.

  13. Your content and your authority

You confirm that you own the logos, names, photos, text and links you send us, or that their owner allowed you to use them for this order. If you order for a company, brand, franchise or another person, you confirm you're authorized to act for them and to use their name and logo. If your content shows other people's names or photos, you confirm they agreed.

  14. What you allow us to do

You give RushAA a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process, resize, format, print and publicly show your content, only as needed to make your order, host and support your pages, and keep backups and records. This permission ends when we stop hosting your pages, except for records we must keep and cards already printed. We show your card or page in our examples only if you say yes.

  15. Your rights stay yours

Sending us a logo, trademark, photo or text doesn't transfer any ownership to RushAA. Your marks and content stay yours. Our templates, page designs, code and the RushAA name stay ours, and you may use your finished card and page for your own needs.

  16. No pretending to be someone else

Don't use our cards or pages to pretend to be another person, business or brand, to create a fake or look-alike profile, or to suggest a partnership, endorsement or official status you don't have. Don't use another company's name or logo as if it were yours, and don't mislead people about who you are or what you offer.

  17. Content we don't allow

We don't make cards or pages with content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, shares another person's private information without consent, harasses or threatens anyone, promotes hate or violence, is sexually explicit, or links to scams, phishing, malware or fake reviews. Links on your page must lead to legitimate pages that follow the rules of the platforms they point to.

  18. Checks before we print or publish

We may ask for proof that you can use a name, logo or photo, such as an email from the company's domain, a state business record or a written OK from the brand owner. We may pause an order until we get it. We may decline any order or content that we believe breaks these terms or the law. If we decline an order before we start work, we refund what you paid. If we stop an order or a page because it breaks these terms, there's no refund.

  19. Reports and complaints

If you believe a card or page made by RushAA uses your work, trademark, name or photo without permission, pretends to be you, or shows your private information, report it at rushaa.com/report. Tell us who you are, what rights you have, the page link or a description of the card, and what the problem is. We confirm reports within 2 business days. If a report is valid, or a page is clearly harmful, we disable or edit the page, and the card stops opening it. We tell the page owner, who can respond. For copyright, the page owner can send a counter-notice, and we may restore the page 10 to 14 business days later unless the person who reported it tells us they've filed a lawsuit. We close the pages of people who repeatedly infringe. Knowingly false reports can make the sender liable for damages.

  20. Pages we host for you

Your pages live on our domain, rushaa.com. Each page shows that it was made with RushAA and has a link to report it. The content comes from the page owner: we don't check every detail, and hosting a page doesn't mean we agree with it or endorse it. We may disable or change a page that breaks these terms or the law, or that gets a valid complaint. How long we host a page is set in your quote. We work to keep pages online, but we can't promise they'll always be available. If we ever stop the service, we'll tell you at least 30 days before.

  21. Accessibility

We build our pages to be easy to use, including with screen readers and larger text, and we fix problems you tell us about. We don't promise that a page meets every accessibility standard or law that may apply to your business.

  22. Emergency info pages

An emergency page shows only what you choose to add, and anyone with the card, QR code or link can open it. Keep it correct and up to date. It isn't a medical device, a medical alert service or medical advice, and responders may not see or use it. It doesn't replace calling 911. Don't add Social Security, insurance, bank or ID numbers. If you make a page for someone else, like a child or a parent, you confirm you're allowed to share their information. We're not responsible for decisions made using information you provided.

  23. Review links

Our review links follow Google's rules: every customer gets the same choice to post on Google, whatever they rate. You agree not to offer gifts, discounts or other rewards for reviews, not to ask only happy customers, not to write or buy fake reviews, and not to review your own business. Google decides which reviews appear; we don't control Google.

  24. Covering claims about your content

If someone brings a claim against RushAA because of the content you sent us, how you use a card or page, or your breaking these terms, you agree to cover RushAA's reasonable costs from that claim, including reasonable attorney's fees, settlements and court awards, and to help us defend it. We'll tell you about the claim promptly.

  25. Other companies' trademarks

Google, Apple, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X are trademarks of their owners. QR Code is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED. We name them only to describe what our cards and pages work with. They don't sponsor or endorse RushAA, and we're not affiliated with them.

  26. Limits of our responsibility

Our cards and pages are provided as is. Other than what these terms promise, we make no other promises or warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and no promise that a card works with every phone or that a page is always available. Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude implied warranties, they last only 7 days from delivery. To the fullest extent the law allows, RushAA isn't liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. These limits don't apply to personal injury caused by our negligence or to anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

  27. Card passwords

We lock each card with a password so nobody else can rewrite it. If you keep the password, store it safely: we can't recover a password you lose. We can still change where your card goes, because it opens a link we host.

  28. Custom website with 20+ cards

Orders of 20 cards or more include a custom website. What the website includes is agreed in your proof, and hosting terms are set out in your quote.

  29. Privacy

We handle your details as described in our Privacy policy at rushaa.com/privacy.

  30. Disputes and Florida law

Florida law governs these terms. If you have a problem, contact us first and give us 30 days to try to fix it. Any lawsuit must be filed in the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida, and either side may use small claims court when the claim qualifies.

  31. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English version controls.

  32. Questions

Use the form on our home page and we'll reply by phone or email. To report a page or card, use rushaa.com/report.
