Privacy policy

This policy explains what information RushAA collects on rushaa.com and through our orders, how we use it and the choices you have.

Last updated October 21, 2026

  1. Who we are

RushAA makes NFC cards and the pages they open, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Questions about this policy: use the form on our home page.

  2. What we collect

When you ask for a quote or send an order: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp, your card design, the files you upload and your message. When you fill in page details: what you choose to show on your page, like contact details, links, a bio and a location. For an emergency page, that can include your date of birth, blood type, allergies, conditions, medications, emergency contacts, doctor and notes. When you send a report: your contact details and the report.

  3. Technical data

Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, like your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Some example pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

  4. How we use it

To reply to you, prepare designs and proofs, make and ship your order, build and host your pages, give support, keep records of approvals and agreements, prevent fraud and misuse, and follow the law. We call or text you only about your request or order.

  5. Public pages

Pages we host for you are public: anyone with your card, QR code or link can open them. Add only what you're comfortable sharing. We ask search engines not to list emergency pages.

  6. Health information

We use emergency details only to build and host your emergency page and to talk with you about it. We don't use them for marketing and we never sell them. You can ask us to change or delete them at any time, and we'll update or turn off the page.

  7. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run RushAA: website hosting (Vercel), form delivery (FormSubmit), email (Google), payment processors and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to provide their service. We also share information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale of the business. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

  8. How long we keep it

We keep order records, approvals and messages as long as needed for your order, support, taxes, accounting and legal reasons. Page details stay while we host your page. When you ask us to delete a page, or hosting ends, we delete its details within 30 days, except copies we must keep by law and backups that expire on their own.

  9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee it. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

  10. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Use the form on our home page and we'll reply. We may need to confirm it's you first.

  11. Children

Our site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian can order an emergency card for their child and decides what the page shows.

  12. Do Not Track

We don't track you across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We don't allow other companies to collect information about your activity across websites through our site.

  13. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we'll say so on this page.

  14. Contact

Questions or requests about your information: use the form on our home page. To report a page or card: rushaa.com/report.
